River and Graveyard

Started to work on the river yesterday by carving down into the foam. Also made a start on the Banff cemetery, though I need to add a few more head stones.

The Pumpkin

My friend Simon popped by the studio on the weekend with a miniature version of his legendary Toyota Tercel 4x4 , aka the Pumpkin, complete with one-of-a-kind Simon-made hood ornament. This made my day!

I'm so lucky and appreciative of all the friends and family who've come together to help me on this project!

Progress

Decided to take a new direction with the buildings which I feel is the right direction. A little hard to abandon the 3D but I think these renderings work more conceptually and aesthetically.
